Welcome to TicketClap! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TicketClap website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Platform, or by purchasing any tickets or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Platform. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and forms a binding contract between you and TicketClap (operated by Big Market 360 Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India). We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. Minors may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Bookings, Payments & Ticket Usage

All ticket purchases are subject to availability and our Refund Policy. Bookings are final upon successful payment unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the event organizer.

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full payment details. TicketClap acts as a facilitator/agent for event organizers and is not the event owner. Ticket prices include convenience fees/taxes as applicable.

You must carry a valid ticket (digital or printed) and government-issued ID for entry. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

4. Event Cancellations, Postponements & Refunds

TicketClap is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, date/time/venue changes, or poor event quality. Refunds (if any) follow the event organizer's policy and our Refund Policy.

In case of full event cancellation by the organizer, refunds will be processed as per applicable law and organizer instructions (subject to deduction of convenience fees, if non-refundable).

5. User Conduct & Website Usage Policy

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities include (but are not limited to):

• Using the Platform for ticket scalping, resale at inflated prices, or commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, impersonating, or intimidating others.
• Posting or transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection without authorization.
• Infringing intellectual property rights, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Any activity that violates Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and Indian Contract Act, 1872.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or block accounts/users engaging in prohibited activities without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, images, software, etc.) is owned by TicketClap or its licensors and protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketClap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, ticket purchases, or attendance at events (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal injury).

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant ticket/transaction.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TicketClap, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, e.g., Mumbai], India.
